In 1986, the family started to produce sparkling wine using the same method of Champagne, an exclusive and prestigious product of Lazio.
This family has been making wine since generations and your host represents the third generations! She dedicates her life by spreading the family wine tradition.
She grew up in nature and wine and food have become a real passion. She is a sommelier and she really takes care of the culture of wine, trying to teach you the tips for discerning a good one. She will share with you her suggestive world.
You'll start with a beautiful walk in the vineyard, listening to the family history of the winery. Then you'll visit the tuff cellar, dug in 1881 and located 20 meters underground.
Afterward, you'll taste two of the wines we make here, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. You'll enjoy the wine with bread and our organic oil, local cheese, and cured meats.
