To book your transfer to / from the Port of Civitavecchia, we need the following details:
- Name and surname of those who book, contact telephone number and emai address for availability and any communications.
- Date for the transfer and time required for the pick up.
- Total number of passengers and type of vehicle requested:

Sedan 1- 2 passengers

Minivan 1-8 passengers

Each passenger can carry a suitcase plus hand luggage; luggage of particular dimensions

(wheelchairs, strollers, musical or sporting instruments, etc ...) must be specified in the reservation

and verified later with the operator, before the transfer.
- Exact place for the pick up and destination:

from the Port of Civitavecchia, specify the name of the Ship and the arrival pier, and indicate the

destination in Rome (hotel or private address). The driver will wait for you near the arrival pier,

our cars have the necessary authorization for the access to the internal area of the port;

from Rome, indicate the name and address of the hotel or any private address; you will find the

driver in the lobby or at the address indicated in the reservation, at the requested time.

Enter the name of the ship, you will be left directly near to make easier and faster the boarding.

IMPORTANT:

for transfers from Civitavecchia Port the waiting time is 30 minutes, from the time indicated in the booking;

for transfers from Rome, hotel or private address, the waiting time is 20 minutes;

once the waiting time has elapsed, without any information from the passenger, the driver will leave. In these cases there will be no refund of the transfer costs for the passenger.
