Enjoy this multi-sensorial experience with an expert guide in a VIP tour with skip-the-line tickets, which starts at 4:30pm. Surrounded by the splendor of Villa Borghese, Rome's most fascinating park, this tour will be a pleasure for all your senses: the beauty of this green surrounding will leave you speechless. The Galleria Borghese houses a substantial part of the Borghese collection. It houses paintings, sculpture and antiquities, begun by Cardinal Scipione Borghese, the nephew of Pope Paul V (reign 1605–1621). The villa was built by the architect Flaminio Ponzio, developing sketches by Scipione Borghese himself, who used it as a villa suburbana, a party villa at the edge of Rome.

This gallery gathers sculptures, low relieves and ancient mosaics collected between the 15th and 18th century, and it's one of today's greatest examples of Italian Renaissance. Prepare yourself to admire the masterpieces that contributed to make this gallery renowned all over the world: Canova, Raffaello, Tiziano, Caravaggio and Bernini, just to mention some of the more well-known artists that still continue to live today at the Borghese Gallery. The 'Ratto di Proserpina' and 'Apollo' and 'Dafne' are among the most representative life-sized Baroque marble works of art. The tour ends at the museum at approximately 6:30pm.
