To book your airport transfer, we need the follows details:
- Name and the exact number of the passengers, mobile number, email address, number of

suitcases (for any single passenger is provided 1 luggage and 1 hand bag; the baggage of

particular dimensions like wheelchair, strollers, musical instruments, sports instruments etc...

must be specified in the reservation and verified with the operator before the transfer).
- Flight number, to track the exact time and the arrival terminal. You'll meet the driver in the

Meeting Point NCC Limo Service, with a sign with the passenger's name written on it.
- Exact address of destination (Hotel or Private Address), for the transfer from the airport; flight

departure terminal, for the transfers from Rome.
- Exact time required for the pick up.
- Type of vehicle required for the transfer, minivan or sedan (minivan 1-8 pax; sedan 1-2 pax)

IMPORTANT:

for the transfers in arrival from the airport the waiting time is 75 minutes, from the landing for the plane;

for transfers from Rome, hotel or private address, the waiting time is 20 minutes, from the time indicated in the booking.

Once the waiting time is over, without any information from the passenger, the driver will leave. In these cases there will be no refund of the transfer cost for the passenger.
