The experience starts at the authentic Mercato dell’Unità, one of Ambra’s favourite places in the Eternal city. After visiting this special place, you will then go to Ambra’s lovely home for the pasta cooking lesson.
You will enjoy an Italian Aperitivo with sparkling wine and nibbles to warm up and relax.
Then, it’s time to get your hands dirty! Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare Tagliatelle. Don’t worry, Cesarina Ambra will share with you the tricks she has learnt from her Mamma.
Them she will show you how to prepare a delicious Tomato with basil sauce and the fillings for the Ravioli.
While the Tagliatelle are cooking you will shape and fill your Ravioli.
It’s time to taste the fruit of your labour with a glass of local wine!
As the icing on the cake, you will enjoy the iconic Tiramisù for dessert.
