Start your 3 hour tour at 7.30 AM, just outside Vatican Museums entrance, where you will meet your private, child-friendly guide who will take care of letting you and your kids learn all about Vatican stories!
This Early Tour will allow to visit Vatican Museums away from the big crowds, since it starts before general opening hours.
During the visit, your guide will show you the Galleries, such as the Gallery of Maps, and the Egyptian Museum, which contains a real mummy! Kids will have an active role in the Tour and they will love discovering it!
Continue to the Sistine Chapel. Enter the most magnificent chapel in the world, held within the Vatican museums! You and your children will have the chance to admire the Last Judgment and the Creation of the World by Michelangelo!
Your private licensed guide will then take you to the breathtaking St. Peter Basilica! Kids will have a lot of fun discovering the Michelangelo's masterpiece and Bernini's Baldacchino
Kids are considered infant from 0 to 5 years old. Kids from 6 years old pay as adult.
A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
St Peter's Basilica is a church and as such the Vatican can decide to close it for religious functions without any notice. We are not responsible for unexpected closure of the Basilica. When the Basilica of St. Peter is closed for religious functions, you will spend longer time in the Vatican galleries with your guide.
