This urban quarter of Rome holds one of its best kept secrets the "Mercato Rionale di Quadraro", a real haven for fooodies and italianites. All at local prices as well!

Picnic Stop at a Local Spring! This amazing little gem of a local secret has been fully revamped; toilets, park benches, sunday markets, weekend festivities and summer night parties. More importantly its a place of historic value since its been used since ancient roman time as a source of mineral water. Today it has a bottling plant where they bottle their brand of mineral water but have left a section of open taps for the public to come fill up their own flasks etc.
