This is the ultimate Italian Pasta Cooking Class.
You will cook all the pasta and sauces made during the class. The best bit : you will also taste all the different kinds of pasta whilst enjoying good Italian wine.
Learn to make many types of homemade pasta
Handmade pasta : We will use different kinds of grains like Triticum Monococcum. We will make thin sheets, different colours (green with spinach or brown with cocoa)
Other Pastas ; Three types of ravioli, fettuccine
Sauces : typical Italian sauce. Carbonara, Cacio Pepe or Gricia sauce (plus one vegan type of pasta without egg. We also cater for those who are gluten-free)
