Private wine tasting

We met with Maurizio for two hours for a private Wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Very educational as my husband specifically, wanted to learn more about Italian wines. He provided six wines while educating us and providing also, appropriate cheese and cured meats for each pairing. Highly recommend us! It was something different for us.

This is my second tasting with Vinoroma, and it might have been better than the first.
The tasting is conducted in a lovely space in the Monti area, close to the Colosseum (you could even pair a late afternoon photo session there, then walk over to Vinoroma for the tasting).
We tasted 5 different natural wines, all accompanied by cheese, olives, cured meats and, yes, chocolate. Maurizio gives everyone lots of information about what you are tasting and tailors it to your level of experience with wine. While there’s no real need for dinner afterwards, you could easily make a late night reservation nearby.
