- Any customer wishing to participate in a Segway tour must first undergo an introductory training session with the specialist staff
- The decision of the trainer on customer ability to use the Segway is final
- Tours are only available to customers aged 16 or over and children accompanied by a parent or guardian
- No driving licence is required
- You should to be fit enough to go up and down steps without assistance, in order to climb onto and off the Segway quickly and independently
- Participants must be between 45 and 113 kilograms in weight and are required to sign a disclaimer before setting out on the tour

The best. I have done many Seg tours around the world, this so far has been the best. Fantastic guide Ahmed is so full of information & a very likeable person. Just do it people it’s fantastic fun.

We booked this Segway tour through Viator before our trip and it ended up being the best part of our holiday. Our tour guide Ahmed was fabulous - so friendly and knowledgable about all the main landmarks in Rome which we were able to see in just 3 hours thanks to the Segways. Zipping our way through the streets of Rome was so much fun (and saved our feet too!). Ahmed knows Rome incredibly well and kept us safe the whole time while remaining respectful to the locals and other travellers. Cannot recommend this tour enough and we will be booking another one when we next return to Rome!
Great way to see Rome

Doing the segway tour was the best way to see Rome. There was no way we could have walked and got to see everything we did on the segway. I thought there was no way I was going to be able to "drive" the segway but Ahmed made it very easy. There was only 4 people in group. I would definitely do this segway tour again.

Ahmed is an excellent guide, best way to see Rome in the most compact, efficient way above all, the most FUN. Highly recommend, do't overthink, just DO IT!

We met Ahmed at the designated spot and discovered that it would only be the guide and the two of us on the tour - a private tour! This was awesome as it is the first Segway experience we have ever had with only the two of us. Ahmed did a great job of safely guiding us through the city and stopping at points of interest that we asked about as well as those on the tour. It was very nice to have his whole attention. We rode all over the city and saw Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Coliseum, and so many other places. The end of the tour was through a lovely garden area where we were able to see from a hill all of the places we visited that day. What an amazing way to see the city. I am so glad we didn’t have to walk that whole way.
