Group of 19. The tour operator was just outside of the baggage claim secure area with a name sign. They were very friendly and helped with luggage. We had three drivers, and they were very accommodating with our schedule adjustments. Highly recommend this tour tor pre-cruise transfer to Civitavecchia.
DO NOT book this tour if you do not speak Italian

We were supposed to be picked up at the airport in Rome for an English speaking tour of the city before being dropped off at our cruise ship. The driver was over an hour late even arriving to the airport so being in a foreign country unable to communicate in the native language, unfamiliar with the airport and having no idea where to go or what to do was a distressing start to say the least. Then once our driver did arrive he didn't speak ANY english. We had booked an English speaking tour! We had to communicate via Google translate on our phones and he pulled up English Wikipedia explanations of what we were looking at. We paid A LOT of money for this tour - more than double, approaching triple, what we paid for any tour anywhere in Europe over the next two weeks. DO NOT book this if you do not speak Italian and especially if you are relying on it as the start of a great vacation.

Fabio was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient and his English was excellent. He’s a master at driving through very tight streets and his timing was impeccable. Our flight was delayed and we were stuck in the immigration line for over an hour but he waited and was exactly where he said he would be. We traveled with 8 people (ages 11 to 83) and the transfers and tour went as smoothly as one could ask for.
