You will also learn the secrets behind classic roman sauces. The class will provide all the ingredients and equipment needed to make a delicious Italian meal. After the class, you will be able to impress your friends and family with your newfound pasta-making skills. We are a family: mother, daughter, son and an adorable little dog. If you want to enjoy true Roman hospitality, knock on our door virtually and we will welcome you to our splendid home. Fiamma is a sommelier and Debora is a chef with a passion for the history of Rome, Maurizio is an art expert and a fantastic story teller.

This was a great family day. Fiamma was engaging, accommodating and friendly. Our 14 year old son said it was the best thing he did in Italy! A great lunch, with plenty of wine to help with the down hill stumble home. Highly recommend!
Best Class - It is like cooking with family

This cooking class is not your normal pasta making class. It is not held in a restaurant but in someone's home and ran like you are their friends or family.
There were about 15 of us and not crowded at all.
They were so funny and entertaining. You will be laughing the whole time.
Full involvement in cooking the dishes and they were extremely flexible should you not want to eat pork and even had a chocolate version for tiramisu. Plenty of wine too!!
My son was sick and was unable to attend at the last minute but they made up a take-home pack for us so he could still taste the dishes. So kind!
Worth every penny so book this one as there are lots on offer but this class is just different and entertaining. Our teenage daughter said it was nearly the highlight of her whole entire Italian trip.

What a wonderful night with the family learning to make pasta and tiramisu in the home of Flammia and Mauritzio. Great fun, learned loads, our grown up kids loved it and we made lots of friends. A brilliant, interactive experience with great food as a result. Highly recommended.
