Expensive ticket reseller

It was quit a thing to receive the tickets. They are not send by email to you. A very expensive entrance worth 25 euros and we paid 64. We even could not get in on the time we made a reservation.
Vatican Museum wrong location for tour

We today missed our entrance time to the Vatican Museum because the address you provided us for the meeting point was incorrect!
The address of the meeting point has closed down and where we ended up didn't point out to the tour on our reservation details - Quo Vadis tours. The phone number we were provided was not in use either!
We were lucky enough a local person helped contact the tour company who then eventually came to meet up with us and took us to another location and then preceeded to tell us we had missed our allocated time so had to wait over an hour.
The correct location we needed to get to was actually San Sebastiano Veniero - no where near your instructions.
We had to rearrange the rest of our day as a result of this

..Grazie di cuore per una visita splendida fatta da un “romano” che poco conosce le bellezze intorno a noi . Francesca è stata amabile e professionale in tutto .. nelle spiegazioni , nella cortesia e nel mettere a proprio agio il nostro mini gruppo che includeva anche mio figlio...
Le belle persone fanno la differenza nel rendere indimenticabile una giornata così particolare .. Francesca ha reso tutto questo possibile ... e non è sempre così scontato..
Sarà mia cura ed anche interesse personale .. consigliare e promuovere questi tour “guidati e dedicati ” sia ad altri amici ma anche in ambito professionale...
