A unique tour for any history/archeology buff!

This was my favorite tour that we did while in Rome. Our guide was very knowledge and answered all my history geek questions. She also appreciated my getting excited over little things like the Mithraeum that was tucked away alongside the amphitheater. It was a great way to see the Italian countryside and get a feel for the ancient Etruscans and Romans. We saw the Borgia fortress and walked on one of the earliest Roman roads - which were in good shape!
I really recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the early history of Italy or who is interested in archeology. The guide is truly an expert and had a deep understanding of the subject. I learned so much and I'm very appreciative of her.
