Disappointing and improperly advertised

We were expecting a guided tour of the destinations and we essentially got a driver. We had to look up historical information ourselves and our driver’s English was not great. We didn’t even go to Bramasole despite asking multiple times and being told we were going and that was a primary reason we booked this particular tour. Overall, very disappointing especially for the price we paid.

Our trip to Cortona and Arezzo with Maximilliano was a highlight of our trip. It was a special day we will always remember. Max was prompt, professional and so knowledgeable.
