What To Expect
The guests will cook according to the menu, everyone taking place to prepare the meal.
Is possible to prepare:
3 kinds of pasta (ravioli, fettuccine, lasagne, gnocchi, cavatelli, tonnarelli, orecchiette, tagliolini) with 3 different sauces (bolognese, pesto, carbonara, amatriciana, angry ...)
or 2 pastas and 1 dessert such as Tiramisu, Pannacotta, Semifreddo, Tart, Millefoglie.
After we'll consume all the meal in a joyful conversation.
The day after they will receive the recipes file.
I would stay in my open space all the time.

• Ricotta and spinaches with butter and parmesan ravioli - Its the winter version of ravioli, surong the summer I fill them with ricotta, caramelized onion and lemon zest • Fettuccine with bolognese ragù - This is a traditional dish from Bologna. Fettuccine are made with hands and meat sauce cooks for 3 hours • Gnocchi with pesto sauce - Potato based gnocchi with mortar nade orto sauce are the summer version of gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts sauce • Tonnarelli amatriciana sauce - Typical pasta dish from Rome made with 3 ingredients: pork cheek, tomato sauce and pecorino cheese • Tonnarelli carbonara sauce - Typical pasta dish from Rome made with 3 ingredients: pork cheek, fresh eggs and pecorino cheese • Tagliolini with arrabbiata sauce - Typical pasta dish from Rome • Cavatelli with nduja sauce - Cavatelli is made to the Calabrian tender and spiced salami, nduja • Tiramisu • Pannacotta with wood berries - Simple and fresh dessert for all year made with cooked cream and fresh berries • Semifreddo with pistachio - Hard ice cream based on pistachio but also possible with chocolate, hazelnuts, walnuts, fruits like strawberries, peaches, cherries
