It was great being able to skip the line to the Colosseum. I was early and they started earlier than the time I was told it would start.

The group was far too big and we spent more time in line to get in and through security and for people to go to the bathroom.

Firstly it was hard to locate the people holding the tickets the tour started late we waited inline anyway the guide wasn’t helpful at times rude and did really give information that you wouldn’t already know if you followed any type of Roman history

I will never recommend anyone use the service to plan your holidays . Their prices are high, communications/customer service is extremely poor and care factor is non existent. Very disappointing on all score cards. Save yourself the headache we had. Our daughter was sick the night before our tour. We tired to modify, called, emailed and WhatsApp and heard nothing from them other than to say they couldn’t help. No care factor at all!!!!
