Sara has a wonderful, cheerful demeanor and helped me to direct me to the meeting place when I was lost. The tour started promptly. We had a thorough and quite good overview of the places we visited. Sara knew where all the good spots were for photo taking. It was a wonderful 3 hours spent.

The trip started off stressful because we underestimated the traffic in the area. We were 10 mins late and still accommodated. We were very embarrassed but our tour guide was very nice and comforting. This is a really busy area so allow yourself extra time for the arrival time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history. Bring plenty of water because even in May it was very hot. I have a mobility impairment and the tour guide was very accommodating when I was the only person needing the elevator. It was a quick elevator ride. We really enjoyed this tour and the guide was excellent.
