I have tried to contact this company, as when went to check in for this tour yesterday. They wouldn’t take our booking. Said the company didn’t exist and had to purchase on the day tickets. So want these refunded as been charged. Do not use this company, as not excepted at the tour.
The tour guide was very rude, and was in a rush….son loved being at the stadium, but was very rushed

***Do not use*** The trip itself is fine but the ticket company are atrocious and Viator are useless at providing any information.
Tickets arrived about 10 hours before the event with the wrong time on and grossly overcharged.
Money taken, no entry, no help given.

Terrible experience during our holiday. The pdf supplied stated “this is not your ticket”. The emailed tickets were not accepted at the gate and we were turned away. On trying to contact the tour operator (Ticketinrome) with details supplied, there was no response. Contacted Viator, who sold through Tripadvisor, they could only try the number we did, which was not available and tell us to try again (as if we could make the number work better than them.) We sent emails to Ticketinrome.com that have remained unseen and with no response. The upshot was being left with no support, €99 down and having to repurchase tickets at the stadium to avoid complete disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER . This has caused much stress and anxiety that our tickets booked through Viator for other experiences during our stay in Rome, might not be as secure and genuine as we would hope. We now know that they are not helpful when there is a problem. Not what we expect when we come away for a once in a lifetime experience. We would expect more from Viator and Tripadvisor.

Total scam, no tickets were provided, tried calling their contact number and first it was engaged then no one would pick up! In the end I had to buy new tickets at the stadium.
I will now try and seek a refund!
Disappointing round a great venue

The ‘guided’ part of the tour was very disappointing. We learned very little. And received nothing in the way of anecdotes about the stadium - unlike in other stadium tours, or other Viator tours booked on this holiday. The feeling was more that our guide was there to make sure we went in the correct direction and at the correct speed… which was quite fast.
