A superb experience
The Guide was great.
A memorable tour.
The group were very supportive and there was lots of discussion about the walk.
The wander through the streets was enhanced by live music and wonderful smells emanating from the local restaurants.

Brian was a brilliant tour guide. We arrived in Rome on that day from Australia and decided to try and best the jetlag and this was worth every second. We had Brian all to ourselves, he took pictures of us and provided such a wonderful experience. The sights were beautiful at dusk and night. You must book this tour if you come to Rome!
Horrible service

We were on time and the tour left without us. Stated they waited 20 minutes but that’s a lie. There was no one holding a sign to indicate who they were and the guide did not respond to us YELLING her name. We tried calling the number provided to us and it was disconnected and sending a message through the app and no answer. When we complained to customer service they said there is nothing they can do. I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card company and looking into legal action. This is unacceptable and they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.
