"We really like the decoration. It is lovely and comfort. Even it is difficult to walk and drive along the road to and from the hotel, it is near many attraction. If you have a car, it is convenient to park there, not in the public parking or garage somewhere. We have a good tome there."

"Twas a very lovely, refreshing getaway from the bustle of Rome. (It�s about a 10 min walk down the street to the Vatican.) When you first enter the gate it almost feels like you�re filming the secret garden with the hanging flowers and creepers along the brick steps. We didn�t get the garden-facing room as requested, which turned out for good because it was way cooler at the side of the villa in the summer heat. The room itself was smallish and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The cosy reception area doubles up as the breakfast dining area. When I saw the glorious breakfast table I nearly cried (I dramatise a little). Yoghurt, fruit, cereal, ham, croissants, bread, tarts, chocolate cake (!) - what�s not to love. The dainty table setting, patchwork tablecloths and napkin holders added to the already very home-y feel. Our hospitable host, Sante, will come around to check that everything is alright, and will give tips on what to see and do. A wonderful experience overall."

"This is a real Oasis set in Park like grounds 10 min walk from the Vatican..unbelievable. 5 Star accomadation at very reasonable rates. The staff and owners were like long lost friends extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large with tasteful soft furnishings with a king size bed. We could walk everywhere and return to peace and tranquility. Our best find in Italy"
