"This was the worst hotel with 4 stars I had ever been to. Its was so bad, there is nothing good about it and over priced. The hotel and rooms walls are dirty, the beds are so uncomfortable, and you can hear all the peoplr in the other rooms around you, there is no noise reduction or cancellation materials in the walls. One of the staff was so mean and not nice to the customers. The breakfast was the worst breakfast in my life, we ate there only one time and the rest of the days we went to the city to eat, they have only COLD eggs, ham and cheese, that is so bad for a four start hotel. I dont know who give starts for the hotels around the world, but this hotel must have ni starts at all, it was so gad that we just came back to sleep in the hotel, and moreover that it wasn�t cheap. "

"Our flight was late by 45 mins and therefore we arrived at 12:30 am. For that reason they cancelled our original booking and made us pay again. They state policy but it does not specify on Agoda�s page anything about these details. You can hear through the paper thin walls everything the neigbors are saying so almost no privacy. The shower pan kept getting clogged up as soon as we took a shower (draining problem). Also when neigbors above would flush their toilet we could hear our toilet reacting as well which was really annoying. I do not recommend this hotel at all, STAY AWAY! If i would have known their stupid policy I would have invested that extra money into a much better hotel. This proves their carelessness for their guests and make them unaccomodating to possible problems for tourists. �Our flight was late� we told them and they responded by saying that it�s not their problem! Well, that was our first impression of Rome so great job at making us feel welcome..."
