"This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. The room was dirty, and I even found bugs in the toilet. They�re happy to take your money but will do NOTHING to ensure you have a decent stay. Instead of helping, they just blame Expedia and refuse to take any responsibility They spent more time arguing with me than actually helping. If you enjoy long back-and-forth messages just to get basic information, then maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Wouldn't stay here again even for free. "

"Location of the place is perfect. ?t's an old Italian flat divided into four rooms, you have ac, tv, shampoo, hairdryer and some other complimantaries in the room. We didn't see any stuff since they give you a pass to enter the flat and your room and the room key is waiting for you there. We didn't know this so we had to wait at the door, then i turned on international rooming and called them, they said they have sent the password to my mail so be sure that you check your mails at the day you arrive.
