"What area should I choose for accommodation... After some thought, I randomly selected one that matched my schedule and conditions. However, I had no major inconveniences and did not regret the 3 nights I booked. Price: It was as good as the price I invested. I didn't feel like it was expensive. Location: Just a short walk away, there was a subway station behind the Spanish Steps, and I rushed to catch it in the morning, so it was a perfectly convenient location. The bus stop was a 6-minute walk down the street, where I could catch most buses, and the route to and from there was not boring, which I liked. The taxi fare from Termini Station to the accommodation was 14 euros. It cost 50 euros from the accommodation to Rome Airport. Building: The building has a large front gate, which you enter with a key. > You take a narrow elevator that fits 2 suitcases and 2 adults. > Enter through the main gate with a key. > Enter my room with another key. At this point, it seems there are a total of 4 rooms from the main gate to mine, and there was enough space to sit and rest, which was nice. However, every day I struggled to remember the direction to turn the key to open the door even after 3 days... Room condition: There was a balcony, and even with the door wide open, I never saw anyone in the building across, so I felt at ease. There were a total of 6 large mirrors from the entrance to the bed, which made me feel like I was escaping a room. However, the large number of mirrors made it nice for looking at myself. The bedding was clean, but there were too many small cushions, which was a bit troublesome... There was no breakfast, but a Nespresso coffee machine was available, which was great for making coffee. Cleanliness: It seems like a maid comes every day to change the towels. Bathroom: It was small but spacious enough and very clean. Surroundings: There is a restaurant on the first floor. Conclusion: I was able to stay without much inconvenience. It was nice that it wasn't right on the road. I would consider returning."

"First of all, it's a guesthouse. So if you arrive late for check-in, you'll have to call separately to get in. Terrace. I was on the 5th floor and had a terrace, which was really nice. People occasionally pass by, but it was mostly empty. Location. It's mainly close to the Spanish Steps and the Medici Villa, and it's right in the middle of shops on Condotti Street, making it good for shopping. The bus and subway are close. It wasn't particularly dangerous to walk around the area at night. Hygiene. Generally, it's quite clean, but I guess I can understand the sewage smell issue. However, it wasn't severe. A cleaning lady comes every day. Others. Since it's a guesthouse, there's no separate lobby, and I contacted them via phone and Agoda messages, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there was quite a bit of noise from construction in the room next door during my last two days, but there were no official notices about it. Still... personally, considering the cost-effectiveness, I recommend it because of the location and the terrace."

"A great central location for exploring. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fridge and coffee maker were welcome amenities. Staff helped with arranging taxis etc. Air conditioning did not work reliably but they provided me with a floor fan. As far as I could tell there were no English channels on the TV but there was so much to see elsewhere! The only potential problem I could see is that the reception is not staffed regularly, which could be a problem. I met people outside trying to get access to their room. Overall, it is a great place to stay, but be prepared, breakfast is not provided, but there is a nice cafe nearby."

"Beautiful room with a large comfortable bed, cute little balcony, and very quiet at night. Great walking location. Easy taxi ride to the train station. Perfect for a 2 night stay at the start of my Italy trip. "
"Room had a weird layout, but room overall was okay since it's clean and comfortable. Balcony view was lovely. Location was good- in the area of the spanish steps and shopping area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though he doesn't speak english, he still tried to explain everything to us. "
