"Domna Luxury Suites comprised our very modern, well- equipped room with king-size bed, and a separate studio, both accessed by a very steep fight of stairs (no elevator), once you enter the locked front door. The location is perfect, (1 min from the Pantheon ), and out unit was cleaned spotlessly every day by the lovely cleaning lady. Now the BEWARE: You need a code to enter the front door and your unit. I emailed Domna in advance to request details but on receiving no response, followed up with a phone call. I was told that I would receive the instructions and the code 24 hours before our anticipated arrival time. 18 hours before arrival, I called again and was told that the information would be sent immediately. 16 hours before arrival, I texted that I still had not received the information and finally received the code and detailed instructions on how to open the front door. Arriving at Domna following a 10.30 hr flight, we were horrified to find that the code we were given would not open the front door. We called repeatedly using a local Rome phone #, only to hear a recording in Italian that the person was not available. The phone was finally answered when we made a WhatsApp call, and we were told to use a different code which, thank goodness, worked. We probably spent 30 minutes out on the street with all our luggage, unable to get into the hotel. At no time during our entire trip did we ever encounter a staff person other than our lovely contract cleaner who could only suggest that we call the Domna phone # if we needed any assistance. Too bad that such a great facility had such a poor quality staff response."

"We accidentally booked this room thinking that it is a hotel but it�s more like an Airbnb. Anyhow, can�t ask for a better location as it�s just steps away from Pantheon and it�s walkable to many shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest. Other than a little pricey and not having a mounted safe, we are happy with the room, cleanliness and most importantly the location. Housekeeping is helpful and responsive. Highly recommend to dine downstairs at Mexala. Everything is so good and not too expensive. "

"Domna was perfectly located in central Rome next to all the must see and do�s while in Rome. Our room was spacious! Robes and slippers would�ve been a nice touch and maybe black towels for the ladies so we wouldn�t have to worry about make up stains on the white towels (that was a first for me). Overall, we would stay here again! "

"The room feels very modern and luxurious and the location is great for seeing all the most famous sites. We arrived early and the host was very helpful letting us store our luggage. We were woken up a couple of times by people yelling next door but that can't really be helped. Do be warned there are some steep steps up to the room, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with knee problems or anyone who would struggle to carry their luggage."

"Agoda advertises this as a 5 star hotel, but this is not a hotel its an apartment. There is no reception, no staff. Luckily one of us had international calling so we were able to locate a number to call someone to let us into the building. The apt is fine if you like to airbnb, but not when you are expecting an actual hotel."
