"All the pictures were false. Room was 0 rating, I've never seen such a scam. I wish I'd read the other reviews BEFORE I booked this one. Location was good but that was it. Staff wanted to hide something because it was impossible to talk with the managers or owners. Ukranian lady does not represent the Italian hospitality, and that's why locals should really be worried about their reputation. Question is, who is actually running this business? I does not seem to be honest one."
