"Good location walk to colloseo and metro. We had a problem checking in as no one was on site lucky one of the other guests was coming out and let us in. We should have messaged with check in time but thought it was a regular hotel with front desk. More like a private apartment with shared kitchen. Coffee was good. Place was clean good private bathroom. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights.The location isn't far from Metro Station Manzoni,about 6 minutes walk(easily accessible using Google Maps).The host,Mr Mattia,has been exceptional.He is the best host whom I have ever met throughout my travel journey life.He waited for us to arrive at 9.00pm and explained everything to us from the accomodations information til the Rome parcel of life.Everything was so clear.He cleans our room everyday which is a super plus.He is also very approachable via WhatsApp.He will answer all your queries.We would like to stay here again if we ever come back to Rome one day.Thank you Mr Mattia.We love Rome.We love Italy.Shoutout from Malaysia."

"First off, the owner is super nice. He cares about his guests and is willing to share his recommendations regarding restaurants and such. The hotel is located nearby Manzoni metro station, bus stops also nearby. On the same street as the hotel is a pizza restaurant, bubble tea shop and supermarket which makes travel very convenient. I stayed in room 4, doors work with keys, room was clean with tv, airconditioning and built-in hairdryer. Room 4 is situated along the roadside and may be a little noisy from time to time (morning), but for me it was no problem as travel takes all energy out if you and sleeping is therefore much easier. I recommend this hotel to everyone that is travelling on a budget!"

"Everything is as you see online, and you get exactly what you sign up for. Everyday room cleaning, coffee, shared kitchen� Yes, you can hear people talking from the shared area but all were normal conversations in decent hours. There is supermarket, coffee shop and few places to eat near by, as well as bus and metro station. I can say we got exactly what we expected and had great time visiting."
