"My mom and sisters and I had such a great time staying there even for 1 night. Francesca and Lorenzo were accommodating and hospitable and responded to all questions we had! The room was very clean and taken care of. Francesca offered an airport transfer for us as well for a great price. Definitely recommend this place as it's 5 minutes from everything you need to see: Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Via del Corso, Spanish Steps."

"We arrived on time for check-in, no one at reception. After some help from a worker at the ground floor we got connected with the receptionist. The room was not clean! shower had shampoo for a year. we would rather have no shampoo and a cleaner shower. Location is the Best Part of the place. if that's what you're about, you'll enjoy the place. "

"When I oeginally booked the property looked ok. When i arrived the property was dark and looked abandoned. When i went to check in the front desk lady was nice and took me to my room. My room was confusing to find as well it was confusing to find reception. My room had a sliding door as my room door. unsafe. The keys i recieved were difficult to open all the doors and I had difficulties with locking and opening. The pictures from the site showed something completley different. The room was gross, the tv didnt work and the bathroom was discusting. I was shown completely different pictures of the room which was not updated and very old. The shower and bathroom was gross, good thing i brought flip flops.There was definitely something in the wall bugs or mice I heard noises all morning. Discusting and I felt unsafe. Do not book this property. The guy at the front desk was very slow and took me 30 mins to check out. "
