"Our room wasn't in the same building as the reception, but it was close enough. The instructions to get there were a bit complicated, but we managed to find it in the end. The location was great (after we managed to find the reception and/or room). Quite a number of restaurants nearby, but one or two were close enough for the noise to float up. Can't find any supermarket/grocery store close by, though that could be because we just weren't looking hard enough. The young lady working at reception was super nice and friendly, which we appreciated. The coffee machine was in the hallway instead of inside the room, but the amenities were there. Inside the room, the air conditioner works great, though I don't know how the heater is (didn't turn the latter on because it was mid-May). We definitely would appreciate another or more electrical outlets. There is a body wash bottle, but it was empty. Hand soap bottle was full. Towels were all fresh and clean. There is a bidet that we still don't know how to use."

We've read some negative reviews about the condition of the property, and this was not the case at all for us, so not sure if they use several buildings or it was recently renovated, but the rooms had brand new hardwood floors and new mattresses, bathrooms were completely renovated and everything looked brand new, which is quite rare in Europe no matter how many stars the hotels have. Overall, definitely recommended! "

"We stayed for five days with two adults and three children. Before our departure, there were issues due to a misunderstanding between Agoda and the hotel, but thanks to Agoda's guarantee and the hotel�s upgrade to No9colosseo, we were able to resolve it. I recommend confirming with the hotel in advance. No9colosseo was a top-class hotel. The room had a view of the Colosseum below, which alone surpassed everything else. For sightseeing, just a short walk allows you to visit many World Heritage sites, and you can rest at the hotel before heading out again. There are many taxis parked in front of the hotel, making it easy to go to the city center or the Vatican. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby, providing a variety of food options. The room was clean, but the building itself is very old. As a result, the facilities are not perfect (the plumbing might be an issue as the washing machine couldn�t be used, the air conditioning occasionally stops, and the circuit breaker trips), but if you contact the staff about these issues, they are very accommodating and will help resolve them. I think it�s best to stay with the recognition that it�s an old but good hotel. The staff was very attentive and it was a great help to us. For us, this also became a wonderful memory. Overall, it was the best accommodation where we could spend time with the historic World Heritage site of the Colosseum. It became a wonderful trip to Rome for our family of five, and we are very grateful."
