"The location was great, just a five-minute walk from Termini Station, making it easy to catch early morning trains. The room was clean and I appreciated the daily cleaning service! There was no kettle in the room, but hot water was available in the lobby. I noticed a bit late that there was free tea available, but it wasn't always there, so it depends on the timing. Being on the first floor facing the road, you could hear some noise from street cleaning vehicles at night, but it wasn't bothersome. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs. The shuttle bus stop to the airport is also close, so you don't have to walk far. I was relieved that the security around the station wasn't a problem at night as the hotel side was well-lit even later in the evening. In contrast, the other side felt a bit dark and intimidating. There is a small supermarket right in front, but the underground supermarket at the station is cheaper and has a better selection, so I recommend it. I was a bit worried about the water pressure since I read some reviews about it, but it was not a problem at all, and having a bathtub was a pleasant bonus! The shower head is low, so being able to wash my hair while sitting down was just right for my tired legs and back. The Wi-Fi speed measured 6.3 Mbps, which isn't great, but since I was using an overseas SIM card, it didn't bother me. Overall, I felt that the signal around the city wasn't very strong. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, conveniently located on both sides of the bed. The provided hairdryer was sufficient. I was very satisfied with the breakfast! There is a popular restaurant nearby that I visited twice during my stay! Relative to everything, it was perfect for me. I would like to book again when I come next time. I hope there will be availability. Thank you!"

"In close proximity to the central station and major attractions makes it easy to move around. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets just outside the hotel. Staff is polite. We had only one issue and that was booking of the Colosseum tickets with the help of the reception staff. We ended up paying eur 102 for 2 skip the line tickets where as the actual cost of the tickets was eur 18 pp or Eur 36 for 2 tickets. When we complained about the same post visiting the Colosseum, he (the reception staff) said he didnt know and only used the site which all the hotel staff use if at all. That was the only disappointment we had with the hotel. Otherwise all good."

"Stayed for a short stay and was pleased. While the area might not be trendy, there are enough snack bars to get something to eat/have coffee. Very close to Termini station from where you can take public transportation to anywhere in the city. (Tip: get a bus pass for the days you'll be in town.) The staff were uniformly excellent: from front desk to maintenance. My room wasn't perfect; missing a stopper for the bathtub, no fridge where it was supposed to be (brought one up when requested) and bedspread was worn and fraying. Minor quibbles. Booked a budget room but it shouldn't mean I had to accept a room that wasn't up to snuff. That said, it was very clean and quiet and was overall satisfied."
"This guest did not leave comments about this hotel."
"In Venice, my husband asked if there was hot water and ended up getting scolded to just buy some. Haha. And when we got here, I couldn't help but feel that they were incredibly kind. Haha. They were friendly, and although I was worried about bedbugs due to the place being old, there werent any, and there was a heater, so I slept comfortably without getting cold. I brought a shower filter, so there was no water issue. The room was a bit small, but since it was affordable in Rome, I was happy with it!! Breakfast was included, which was great too. Everyone at the information desk was very friendly~~ I was quite tired from being in Italy, but the hotel was kind. Haha."

"The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage before checking in. I was worried about safety around Termini Station, but this area had a relatively calm atmosphere as it was a hotel district. (I entered the hotel before it got dark, so I don't know what it was like at night.) The water pressure in the shower was indeed a bit weak. Also, there was no shower curtain, so the area around got wet. Aside from that, I am very satisfied!"
