"The location of this property is great, and the room was perfect for our one night stay. However, the check-in process was extremely stressful. We were left outside the address with a sticky note on the sign to call a number to check in. After calling several times with no answer, someone messaged me on WhatsApp 5min later saying they cannot accept internet calls. Luckily I had data to use WhatsApp, but I did not have the ability to dial an Italian number. If you don�t have a working phone, there would be no way for you to check-in. After about 10minutes, someone arrived to let us in the door. This was at 6pm, so not late at night. I also received no notice prior to check in that no one would be there when we arrived. This information would have been really helpful. If you stay here, I recommend confirming your arrival time and procedure in advance with the property. "

"Navona Style - great location in between the Pantheon and Trastevere. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff extremely helpful. I would stay here again in Rome. Agree with all the positive reviews. Bus stop right outside too easy access to the Vatican and Colosseum "

"Love the housekeeping for making the room so much like home with aroma and strong air con welcoming you back from the sweating 39C Rome. Strong shower water and is hot enough, love it. Love the experience of staying in a Roman-style apartment. Nice shared common living room and very spacious room and bathroom. Staff is friendly and their self-produced map for tourists is really handy. The 24-hour front desk WhatsApp service is wonderful. Enjoyed my stay there very much and will come again next time! "
