"Check-in was a bit delayed, and I arrived after 9 PM, but the staff waited for me and patiently explained everything from using the accommodation to nearby attractions (with a map) using a translation app, which was incredibly kind of them! The room was comfortable and clean, with well-stocked amenities, and there were two bottles of water. The lobby coffee and snack bar were also free, so my satisfaction was extremely high! It's located between Vatican City and downtown Rome, so while it's not extremely close to the main spots, they are within walking distance, which is great! I'm very satisfied!"

It was clean, the street view outside the window was nice, and it was great to be able to leave early for the Vatican tour the next day.
