"Chiara reached out a few days ahead to time to confirm our reservation and check-in time. I messaged her the morning we arrived as we had arrived a bit earlier than expected. We arrived around 10:30am. Chiara gave us a map and was super informative as far as the sites, where to eat, and public transportation. Chiara held our bags and messaged me once the room was ready, which was literally about an hour later. We arrived to a very nice, clean, modern room. Community kitchen was clean and with coffee (thank goodness). We loved our stay and will return. There is also a cafe next door that we loved visiting every day. Thank you Chiara and Luana. We felt at home, safe, and comfortable there!!"

"Owner Chiara and friend was so accomodating and helpful. Forgot my gadgets in one of the cabinets and Chiara advised me of it at once and she asked me if she can call my friend to pick it up for us. Will recommend to friends and will stay again in their place once I�ll go back to Rome!"
