"Le Stanze di Elisa is situated just a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and even the furthest popular destinations (Station/Colleseum/Forum) can be walked within 45 minutes. Local buses to all the main areas call at stops within 5 minutes of the appartment and there are many restaurants within a few minutes walk. The appartments themselves are very clean with everything you need provided. The host is super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Breakfast is served in a small kitchen area outside of the rooms and the pastries were fantastic. Only small issue was the smell from the shower plug which made the bathroom smell a little, but this is often the way when abroad in hotter countries."
