"The heater that hotel provide in room not enough to heat the guest (myself), due to heater was setting by hotel to ON at 6pm only. During my visit to Rome, it is winter season + raining day & it cause very cold, also the floor of the room is tiles (make the room more cold). At night i can't sleep well because the room is still cold. Hotel management should consider to change their heater setting based on weather conditions. "
