"Place was ok. Staff was nice. Location is good. However, AC leaked all night and was constantly dripping water on to the carpet. Had to put glasses to collect the dripping water from the AC."

"The room was very nice, very 'european' an stylish. The bed was also great. The room in general was very good but there was some minor issues. The room was too dark. The ceilings were very high which was great, but there wasn't very good lighting so it made the room seem very dark. The bathroom sink's faucet was annoying. The water either came out really strongly and sprayed everywhere, or had to be turned to a really light level that was...unsatisfying. The air conditioner at times was very loud. Sometimes it would just start clicking for a few minutes. The final minor issue would be the 'do not disturb' sign. Even with the 'do not disturb' sign up someone still came into the room and cleaned. It is not a major issue but it just bothered me that the sign was ignored. None of these are major issues. The staff were perfectly was fine, it's only a few minutes walk from termini station, the room looked great and only the bathroom faucet and air conditioner were mildly annoying. If you don't mind surprised spraying from a bathroom sink and infrequent clicking (maybe 1-2 times throughout an evening) this is a perfectly fine place to stay. I wouldn't mind staying here again though it wouldn't be at the top of my list."
