"We booked the family room for 10 days. The staff was very easy and very friendly to talk to. If you need help with anything, they are always ready to help and answer. They helped with the pick ups to and from the airport and was very kind to give us suggestions on where to go. The rooms are not that sound proof but it's okay because the place is for relaxation after a days long tour. My mom has a bad knee and it's very convenient that it is walking distance to the Vatican Museum entrance. A supermarket is just at the other block and a lot of restaurants around are also walking distance. Would definitely recommend. :)"

"Room is very clean, location is fantastic, great views, good A/C, wide variety of carb heavy breakfast choices, and most importantly FANTASTIC staff! They really made our stay perfect and I wish we had stayed longer. Only con is bed is too hard (I'm a side sleeper and there was no give on my hips.)"
