The Merulana Staff specially Anderson are extremely helpful, courteous and pro-active in ensuring that guests stay are always comfortable. Anderson and his team always ensure that they address our concerns which we deeply appreciated! We love our stay. The place is always clean and tidy. The location of Merulana is extremely convenient to almost everything. It�s ideal location specially for first timers in Rome! We would also like to commend Anderson for his help especially after we got stuck in Italy due to Corona. Anderson made sure that our stay was extended at a reasonable price, the cab was ordered prior hand and proactively offered to provide us with something to eat before our red-eye departure to the airport. My only feedback is for the hotel to upgrade their channel options, perhaps 1-3 channels in English. Apart from that, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!"

"It is an hostel style accommodation buy felt like private hotel. The room was very quiet and clean. Host was vey friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Its only 7-10min far from the central station of Rome. My trip was Rome>Sicily>Rome>Naples>Rome> Florence>Rome>Paris ; every time I visit Rome, I stayed here and loving it! Especially it was close to my favorite cafe, called Panella."
