"We reached Rome at 8:30pm from Venice. We took a private cab and directly reached at this Guesthouse at 9:30pm. We got 1st shock when the Guesthouse denied to allow us to enter despite our confirmed and full paid booking with an excuse that we are 30 minutes late. Although as per booking conditions with Agoda, there is no such conditions which I tried to explain. They refused to open the door and hang up phone by leaving us on the street. Fortunately a lady came out from the building & allowed us to get into by seeing our measurable situation. Later I need to take help of a local Italian friend. Guesthouse authority asked 30 Euro extra for late check in. Eventually they opened the door after I agree to pay. Which is simply blackmail. "

"The room was really nice. Not so far from but station and actually be able to walk to Colosseo. However, we couldn�t leave our luggages after check out."

"Very clean, nice rooms, helpful staff. Very close to colosseum. Big supermarket around the corner. At least a one ring cooker top would be nice as there's no breakfast included. Not the cheapest place I stayed in whilst in Rome."
