"Communication with the owner is easy. They use WhatsApp to inform us when room is ready. The owner is ard from 9am to 4pm. The bed is comfortable. Only down side is the noise outside. Can hear tram moving, ppl talking on the street. There was a mid night, the ambulance run by and scares us up. Luckily, we are tired enough to fall asleep easily."

"The accommodation is located about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are different types of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The accommodation is situated directly across from a tram route. Although the accommodation has provided earplugs, there is still some noise and slight vibrations when the tram passes by. If you are someone who has difficulty falling asleep easily, I would not recommend staying here. In the room we stayed in, there were damages to the floor outside the bathroom and in the central area of the bedroom. They were only covered up with carpets and not repaired, which was somewhat disappointing."

The building is unmarked and you have to go through giant wooden doors and go up one floor to find the receptionist. "

"I highly recommend it. I stayed with 3 friends. After checking out, we had a schedule to stay for 2 nights in Florence, and they stored all our luggage for us, so we could enjoy Florence comfortably. We made food in the shared kitchen and ate outside, and the atmosphere was quite nice. As someone who has traveled a lot, I strongly recommend it!"
