"From booking, arriving in the apartment, and leaving it was smooth sailing. The staff are accommodating and responsive. The overall apartment is pleasant, clean, and well-maintained. The only problem we encountered was the midnight noise brought by the garbage collection because we were on the first floor. I highly recommend this apartment and if given a chance to come back to Rome, I will rebook here."

"Once inside, the rooms are well maintained and appointed. This place is relatively new with decent beds, functioning (new) aircon and hot/powerful showers. It's also relatively quiet if you have a room on the internal atrium, not so if out on the restless street below. Breakfast is basic. Packaged croissants and coffee, which the manager puts in the day before. Fresh coffee can be made if you can find the manager in the AM before you head out. Sometimes the manager is not there at all and no one replaces him during that period. Unfortunately the inn does not have a central phone so asking to make reservations at restaurants is quite difficult. When we were there the printer wasn't even working! Wi-fi Internet can be a bit weak also but ok if you leave your door open. Location is definitely a bonus, only 2 mins from the metro, one stop (or 10mins walk) to Central Terminal. 20mins walk to Colosseum. Lot of mini-marts downstairs also. For sake of all other guests, the inn is located on Michelangelo Buonarroti Street at number 39. It's also known as Navigator and is on the 2nd floor to the right. The main door at the front can be pushed open in case no one answers the buzzer."
