"The location is ideal for tourists. Most attractions are walkable. A lot of restaurants/bars nearby. There are interesting clothing boutiques located on the same street as well. They can also arrange airport transfers which was very convenient. Note that the reception isnt open 24/7, outside of those hours you can communicate with the concierge via whatsapp. "
"The facilities were nice, the admin staff was helpful and proactively contacted me to arrange things beforehand. Some improvements needed though. The service staff (cleaning, breakfast preparation) seemed to lack experience. The service quality fluctuated between days of my stay. Some days, some amenities were not replenished, some days certain things were missed out from my breakfast tray, the aircon stuck (locked from change) for 1 day, and on the last day of room cleaning, i was horrified to find the 2 cushions (that i used to rest my head) on the floor! With the price that I paid, my expectations were not low, but these were just standard service. I do hope the hotel could improve as they seem to have good potential."

"Traveling Italy and the world for our job we have the luxury to know a great place to stay and this was one of them. Centrally located in Rome, featuring modern design and walking distance to everything, especially Trevi fountain. The staff were nice and helpful. I did report a slight issue with our particular bed although comfortable requires some Maintenance for middle support or a firm mattress but was still comfortable. Breakfast was cute on a tray delivered each morning. Thank you for a nice time in Rome. "

The location is absolutely perfect, the staff is impeccable and the room is bigger than most and modern. Eduardo was very helpful and we had breakfast brought to our bed every morning.
