"Very very rude front desk service Room smell like toilet, very bad ventilation. Need to change towels but they said they can only provide once throughout my stay. (3 days) Paid everything including tax thru Agoda but the reception still want us to pay other tax and charges."

"The hotel only provide one key, which inside or outside of the room, you need a key to lock or unlock it. Which means, if you are travel in couple or with a friend, both of you must stay out or stay in the hotel together. Otherwise, one will be locked in the room, and won�t be able to escape from the room if any emergency case happen. Think twice if you are not traveling alone. "
