"Stayed in a double room during August 2024, the AC in the room provided us with great reprieve from the hot summer heat. Room and toilet were clean and amenities like towel, soap, hairdryer, and water were provided. The staff was friendly and even gave us a map of the area. The hotel surroundings felt safe, it is located behind a huge door along the main street, head in towards the inner courtyard where you will have to take a lift up to reach. It was a 10-15min walk from Roma Termini station, but there is a closer station called Repubblica which was 5mins away. Unfortunately it was not open while we were there due to upgrading works for the 2025 Jubilee. There are bus stops right outside the hotel too but don't count on the buses being on time."

"I picked this location soley because it was nearby all the transport stations (Termini rail station, Metro and Airport shuttle pickup station) all 10mins walking distance, so it was easier to go back and forth. The Hotel was in the centre of a lively road which made me feel safe walking around at night (as it gets darker earlier in December). Some of the main squares are at a 15mins walking distance. It was clean to a good standard and staff were polite & spoke English which was very helpful. I originally thought the breakfast included was a buffet system but you get given a tray of your preferred breakfast to your room in the morning. It would have been nice to have milk sachet available for the tea/coffee that was out in the small communal kitchen area. The view from the window was abit dull as its just the back of the other apartments but if your not so bothered about that then overall it was a nice little private guesthouse. "

"I arrived the night of Christmas eve but managed to get in touch with a staff (after taking some time to get in to the hotel's lobby on the highest floor thanks to guests of other hotels and figuring out the contact number). "We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and quiet cosy rooms. Great location. Small shared communal area with a microwave, kettle and toaster. Great breakfast delivered to your door. We found the Vikey check in online service very confusing. Check in would not clear and kept showing pending and would not release check in details. Glad for peoples past reviews which showed just turn up to the guest house and press the door buzzer with Amaranto Romano on it (between 2pm and 7pm) and the girls from reception will come down and take you up to your room. Vikey definitely needs improving or scrapping for check in."

"Near to a metro station, few blocks from the city center. Very clean and a great place to stay! The old building is a charm. We love the stay. I really recommend. Great experience! "
