"Stayed here for the first two nights for the first time in Rome with my girlfriend. Whilst the rooms are a bit dated, the location is what sets this place apart. It's literally 5-10 mins away from all the scenic sites and historic locations in Rome that tourists flock two. We were grateful to find a place at a budget price that gave us the ability to literally walk to all the sites and sounds in Rome without having to pay hefty taxi fees."

"Decided to stay near Vatican city as we will be heading there on Sat n Sun mornings. It was so much convenient than staying at Roma Termini (where we stayed 2 years ago). Anytime you want to drop by and pray at Basillica, we can just drop by. Many nice restaurants and gelato nearby. Room: we booked quad room. Room was clean. Assigned on third floor. Access to room: old conventional lift which allows 2 pax at each time (max. 150kg) Breakfast: in room. pre order day before. If you leave before 730am for day tour, they can buy in advanced and place it in your room by late PM. (You can order croissant, donuts, yoghurt, musli, coffee, tea, orange juice etc) There are 2 keys given; one access for main door (which is closed at night and in the morning), passcode to your floor and key to your room. The only thing they may wish to consider improving was to keep redundant furniture and also the trolley which delivers the breakfast. No in room slippers given hence maybe colder during winter as floor is not carpetted"

"Found the B&B to have warm, friendly and very helpful staff, situated in a great location. It is located on the third floor with lift access. Public transport, shops etc very close. WiFi available however, poor."
