"It�s actually a guest house, very neat and clean. Its in an excellent location with very close proximity to the train station . The lady at reception at reception was excellent, explained everything including the local spots and places to visit, she provided us with a map as well. The ac could have been colder as it was at 23�c and we preferred cooler, as it was hot at nights when we visited. Only thing i found as a hurdle is stairs! The property has lift , however to access it you will need to climb stairs, not an issue, but if i have heavy luggage then it can be a pain. "

"The location is really good for this price. At night, the alleyways can be dark, but there are surprisingly many lit shops, and there are quite a few soldiers and police around Termini, so I felt safe walking around without knowing it was dangerous. The size of the accommodation was small, but since accommodations in Rome are generally small, it was fine! The hot water is good, and the air conditioning works well! Shampoo and a hairdryer are provided as standard; the shampoo is a two-in-one with body wash, and the hairdryer is small and weak, but this is common in Italian accommodations. Personally, it's better to bring your own shampoo and hairdryer. Also, since there's no 24-hour check-in, when the staff isn't present, you can manage check-in and check-out, and store your luggage via KakaoTalk. The Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work well, but whenever I asked, they were happy to assist!"

"My son and I completed our 5 day stay this morning. If I ever come back to Rome, I�ll be staying here again! We arrived late, an hour after the kind man at the front desk was due to be off that night. Instead of meeting us with annoyance, he was most welcoming and friendly! He upgraded our room which was much appreciated. The room is basic, which we expected but certainly kept up well. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and we couldn�t have asked for more. The location is a very quick walk from Termini. It�s the second time we�ve stayed in the area and have felt very safe both times. It�s also conveniently located next to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. It�s also only a 15-20 minute walk to so many of the Rome�s must see spots. If there were 6 stars available, this place would get it. Just keep in mind that it�s still a budget hotel, so if you�re expecting fancy and high end, it won�t be here. If you want clean, safe, in a great location, look no farther. "
