"We stayed there in Oct 2018. The location is pretty good. Just 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and the area around it which is nice. I had multiple issues with the property and its staff. 1 ) The shower drain was clogged and the shower itself was loose and broken. I notified the onsite staff. He tried to unclog it with no success and he said that no plumber would come to fix it on Sunday. I am not sure, why they did not fix it prior to our arrival if they knew, they could not find anyone over the weekend! We stayed two nights over there and it was very inconvenience 2 ) The picture on the site is their biggest room. The one, we got had a window facing a back room of the restaurant which was noisy. The window did not have any net and i was dealing with bugs all night. 3) The staff has a number for emergency, which they are not responding too. I asked them to clean the room and I got no response. He told me that they wont clean the room after 10 am at the time of check-out. "
