Excellent location, close to Termini Station, it helped us to visit Rome in a relaxed way. Excellent communication as well with Fabio, the owner. By mistake I wrote to him that we'll be at the place by 10pm instead of 10am so we arrived almost 12 hours earlier than expected but everything was arranged smoothly, we even had an early check in (by 10:30 am we already had the room). The instructions on how to enter the building were clear, and the fact that we could leave our luggage after check out until late in the evening was very helpful. The building is in good condition, the room was on the 4th floor (with elevator), it was clean and had daily service. We stayed only for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday. I didn't expect that the room would be serviced on Sunday but it was a very nice surpise in Sunday noon, when we returned to the room for some rest, to see that it was cleaned, the floor mopped, sheets changed etc... The bed matress was excellent, the fridge was strong, hot water was available without any problems, so we had all we needed for a pleasant stay. I also liked the high ceiling.
